The course is centred on verbal skills for doctoral students, who are often faced with the challenge of presenting their thesis in front of an English speaking audience abroad. Participants are kindly invited to deliver a 5 minute oral presentation of their specific theses. An additional 3 minutes are dedicated to answering short questions from the audience about the thesis at hand. Each participant will get a short personalised feedback on his/her presentation.

Remus Racolta is currently earning a doctorate in English Studies at the University of Wuppertal. He has been teaching English for 8 years at an English bilingual school and is an authorised Cambridge ESOL trainer and examiner.
