I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to present my research at the 25th Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) held at The Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The conference was an excellent platform for me to share the first part of my PhD thesis on "Relative Performance Evaluation and Executive Compensation: Adding fuel to the fire."
I am grateful for the valuable comments and feedback from experts in the field who attended my lecture, including some of the people whose works I have cited in my research. Their insights and perspectives have given me new ideas and directions to further develop my research.
The conference was well-organized, and I enjoyed the engaging discussions and presentations from other scholars. It was an enriching experience to connect with researchers from around the world who share similar research interests and to learn about their innovative work.
I want to thank the Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) for organizing such a fantastic event and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam for hosting it. I also want to express my gratitude to the CGS and the chair for their support and encouragement throughout my doctoral project. Overall, this conference has been an invaluable opportunity for me to present my research, gain feedback, and network with other scholars in the field.
