Dear fellow PhD students,

Are you up for a surprise? If you love movies in English as much as I do (or just need a break from German) and feel like buying yourself a - weatherproof! - pig in a poke, you are welcome to join me for a night out at the Cinema or Rex in May. I don't know which movie we'll be watching yet or on which night of the week exactly, but it will be in English and I for my part look forward to it! What about you?

Update: We will be watching Beau is Afraid in English with German subtitles on Friday, 12 May at the Cinema movie theatre in Oberbarmen (Berliner Straße 88, nearest Schwebebahn stop: Wupperfeld). It's a late afternoon screening so we meet at the Cinema at 4.15 pm.

Please come to the CGS office and collect your ticket before the event! Simply drop in during our regular office hours or get in touch via e-mail to arrange a different time.
