A modular key qualifications program with gender mainstreaming profile offered by UW's Science Career Center (SCC) for science postgraduates. Specifically conceived to promote women in scientific research and university science careers, and thus to increase the number of women professors in science departments, the offer is also open to and appropriate for men.
